The Electronic Folk Project’s debut release, ‘This Should Be Fanitullen’ blends traditional Norwegian Munnharpe (Mouth-Harp) playing with trance- influenced rhythms and textures to create a high energy and innovative dance track.
Eivind Tanche-Larsen Knutsen's driving performance of the traditional Norwegian folk tune Fanitullen (The Devil's Tune) takes centre stage, accompanied by a thumping kick drum, driving bassline, and shimmering layers of psychedelic percussion and textures. This innovative release creates a unique sonic landscape that seamlessly fuses elements of psytrance and Norwegian folk music.
